Test Drive Unlimited... PC?

Well when I read the article here on Hexus about Test Drive Unlimited for the Xbox 360 I was amazed, and felt so jealous that it's not coming to PC (I assumed this, I didn't read it anywhere - it said on the article it's for the 360 so ..yeah).

Anyway, I've been looking around and most other places say it's coming out for PC too on the 31/12/06..... so it's coming out on the PC?

Question: Any noticable rubberbanding in the AI?

Yes, it is coming to PC in the Autumn.

I had a good looooong play on it and I didn;t notice AI rubber banding, but the AI is still being tweaked a lot. The general traffic does stuff like swerving out of your way if you're head on to it but this is still being worked on as they sometimes swerve for no reason.

THe AI opponents are just as susceptible to crashing as your are though, which was nice, though I have to be honest and say that I didn't actually see what held up my AI opponent.

The main game is the online side though, and this is wher I guarantee you'll spend all your time... you can even meet up in the clubs on Oahu and chat with other players VoIP stylee, so it really is a whole online world for you to immerse yourself in.

Frankly, it's bloody marvellous.

As I said, this is the main game I would be looking forward to for the Xbox360, bar none, and now to find out its coming on the PC... OOODfisdhfisdfhosif;ow.ebe .

Some reason though, I have a feeling the Xbox360 version will be better, with Xbox Live etc.

Is xbox live better than PC internet stuff then? I assumed the same matching up stuff etc would be in both versions.

I think both versions (PC and Xbox 360) will be good, not sure about the online side.... probably equal. Xbox 360 will probably have a bigger community though because people will need damn good PC's to run the game.
