    Call of Duty

This game, i don't know any other way to word it, but OH MY GOD, at last! A World War 2 game that is worth buying, the varying missions is cool, adds loads of depth to the game, and depending o nut prefered style of play, is what you'll like more, weather its being part of a squad, adn taking on hordes of Axis, being covert and doing top secret missions, or sniping and crawling threw stalin grad. You get the feeling somebody has been watching, SPR and Enemy at the Gate, and transfered it into the game, but it works well, and is the best ww2 game i know of, i wasnt keen on moh or bf1942, but this uses the q3 enginelike it was meant to be used, i'd even go as far as saying... its better than RTCW!

i love it, you should too

well, atm its full of noobs,

But the maps are big and varied (they use the sp maps for alot of them), theres a few nice features, like the instant rpelay threw there eyes, how you died. the mp is alot different to Wolf, and yet exactly the same :E

its more objecive driven, altho i'm not a fan of the q3 enigine, i aint played cs since i got this :/

    you thought RTCW was good...?

I have to disagree, I played it and I hated it, multiplayer was appauling.

as far as im concerned atm there is no better WW2 game than battlefield 1942.

I play battlefield1942 and i have to disagree "call of duty" beats it big time, i mean the gameplay in my opinion is a hell of alot better.

Fantastic game - great fun - never been more scared in a computer game than when you realise you're an unlucky Russian they're not going to give a gun.

Rather have a short, good game than to do what they did in some parts of Halo - have the same stuff again, and again and again. (Don't get me wrong - I really liked Halo - but some paarts of it were very repetitive)
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

I have this puppy in the drawer ready to lock and load but first I need to finish halo, and as I'm off work this week I can afford to take my time
I really like BF42 esp the DC mod but since d/ling 5.0L it's gone a bit laggy.
Another great mod that I discovered for BF is forgotten hope.

Anyways back to COD played the demo's and loved them so can't wait to load up the full game and get shot to pieces

I'm begining to realise that! some of the levels look the bloody same and it's begining to get kinda repetitive

Still I'll soldier on, glad I only paid £17 for it inc p&p outta ebay for it, don't think I would off been too chuffed paying the full price.
