    Xbox 360 game - 2 in question

The two games in question are...

    1. Battlefield 2
    2. Ghost Recon 3

What im looking for is good online playability.

What is your pick of the two?

    1. I haven't tried the game itself, but the demo was rather fun, for a while. It's fast paced, hectic, and what you'd expect from a BF game. Looks good, sounds good. Be warned, it's made by EA, expect problems.

    2. I do have GRAW, and it's very good. The single player element is superb, plays really well and is quite tough - even on normal! You get that great sense of achievement when you accomplish a mission.
Online play is a bit tougher to assess. When it works, it's great fun. However, it seems that only people with fast connections are able to host games with more than 8 players. You've got to find a good host to get a good online game, but if you do, there's a lot of fun to be had.
Online Co-Op play is superb! If you like tactics and team work as opposed to a spray and pray, then this is the one for you.
    Looks great, sounds great.

If you already have XBOX Live m8, I believe there are demo's of both games available in the Live Marketplace, you might want to give those a go!

Last but not least, if you want to buy from www.hmv.co.uk, punch in this Promotional Code: WE9335 and you should find a pleasant £5 knocked off the game price!

That's entirely up to you mate, whichever you prefer

I used to be an avid PC gamer, I've run a few clans in my time too. But, PC gaming just continues to deteriorate in my opinion.
Servers are usually laggy, players are usually hacking, and the whole environment just turns out to be abusive.
I bought an XBOX360 for the sake of it, but didn't think I'd enjoy it half as much as I do. It's definately my favourite gaming platform at the moment.

If you're after a stable online experience I'd rule out BF2 on Xbox.

GRAW has a great single player game as well as being great online

Or go to GAME, buy the games and give them a couple of days play, if you like them take them back and buy them at the cheapest place you can find.

Wouldn't really recommend that, I'm pretty sure GAME started just giving replacements or credit notes especially for online games

They still have their 10-day money back offer on all console games. For online "only" games then its a different matter.

"Our 10 Day Returns policy is not available for DVDs and may be restricted against titles that are exclusively for online play" Taken from GAME.net

If your not sure then just ask if you don't like it can you get a full refund. Its always worked for me.

Very Fair point about hacking. Really gets on my tits!

Maybe i'll get BF2 for the PC and Ghost R for the xbxo 360.
