That hand to hand combat section made me laugh! Reminds me of KOTOR, or going back even more, any wrestling game! Still, it adds another part to the game. I hope that this will improve the series, as IMO, I thought that COD2 wasnt that great.

I remember playing COD1 and that blew me out of the water, but maybe, bu COD2, I had played one too many shooters and it was starting to get a bit samey, another villiage, another wall...

Anyway, to the footage, it looks great - i must say that it runs extremely smooth - i wonder what sort of framerates it pumps out, even on a high spec system, i'm sure it never looks THAT fluid. They seem to have gone all out with the effects, and the volumetric smoke looks great, as do all the explosions.

When does it come out??? I need more shooters!!!

Edit: Watched them again. I WANT I WANT I WANT

That melee sequence is interesting, I wonder if you will be able to do that in multiplayer, like if you run out of ammo, try and ambush a guy and struggle for his gun

I think the graphics are only marginally better, I guess I got caught up in the hype of PS3 and all the E3 videos and expected to much. I mean it's still an improvement, just not as much as I thought it would be

I think the best games for the 360 have been COD2 first, with Fight Night Round 3 second.

the graphics looks really bad IMO. but i'm sure it'll be so much more different on a HDTV. thats what these games are all about...graphics. it should be flawless.

I agree, theres something really lacking in the originality field in modern WW2 shooters since the release of MOHAA. I just play for the graphical element. And multiplayer for XBOX 360.
