    Anyone tried the Fight Simulator X demo?

    Seems to absolutely chug on my PC (4000+, 7900GT, 1gig) on high details.

    I don't believe the sys requirements for a moment...

    * Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista
    * Processor: 1.0 Ghz
    * RAM: Windows XP SP2 - 256MB, Windows Vista – 512MB
    * Hard Drive: 14GB
    * Video Card: 32MB DirectX 9 compatible
    * Other: DX9 hardware compatibility and audio board with speakers and/or headphones
    * Online/Multiplayer Requirements: 56.6 kbps or better for online play

    I have tried it. Works fine but it is not that good. Hope the full game is better.

    I havent tried fight simulator. how does it compare to the likes of mortal kombat and streetfighter? jk

    I have tried flight simulator and I really like it, its a bit (very) buggy at the moment but I can see that it has a lot of potential for the best ms flightsim to date! (this is providing M$ get off they're asses and fix the bugs ofcourse)

    I would reccomend playing with the various settings within FSX and also in your graphics card control panel runs fine for me on pretty much max settings with: (see my specs)

    As for your performance.. strange. Maybe it's the single core?

    It's really smooth on my system and only a 6800gt

    Im on single core aswell and it seems to work well on my pc :S

    Hmm.. how recently has the OP updated DirectX? Could be something like that or other drivers.
