    Unlimited 360 rentals - for a fee

    Not bad I suppose.

Gametart.com, the UK's largest video games rental service, today announced it is expanding to offer unlimited XBOX 360 rentals to its customers.

The service allows customers to rent an unlimited number of games from only £2.50 a week, with no late fees or due dates, customers can keep the games as long as they like. All new customers also get a “no strings attached” 10 day free trial to try the service. Every XBOX 360 games is available, along with a complete range of PS2 & PSP games, bringing the library up to a total of 1300 titles.

“The 360 has really taken hold in the last few months, and with the delay to the PS3, we thought this was the best time to offer 360 games to our customers” said Gametart.com co-founder Austin Rathe. “It's important for a rental service to have a good range, and the 360 now offers that. We want people to try games fully before buying them, and with the next-generation games costing up to £50, we think our service is a great value way to do that”.

Can't find anywhere that states the minimum "contract" period.

I got an email saying that they are extending my free period because of the high volume of rentals , I'm happy .

I was signed up to something similar earlier this year. The only problem I found was availability. Sure they have all the new releases but you have to wait 2 months to get them sent through. You end up paying £2.50 a week to have "The Outfit" sitting on your shelf whilst you wait for one of the top titles.

My experiences were bad where i had joined on just to test the 10 day trial (there was another company doing the same thing so comparing). Anyway went okish but the top games i wanted, i never got. Then the last game i returned 3/4 days before the end of my trial just so happened to not appear on thier database as being returned. However one phone call and they said out of generosity they would mark it as delivered so i could cancel before paying for a months subscription. TBH they did it instantly, im sure they had recieved it but were simply trying to con me and hold me up a few days to get a months subscription out of me. And surprise suprise, the other company did the exact same thing so i gave up on them and just rent from places in town!!
