The demo for F.E.A.R. Extraction Point has been released. The demo features a level from the upcoming F.E.A..R. expansion pack: Extraction Point and gives players a preview of a never-before-seen weapon and new enemy.

First time I've played any of the F.E.A.R Games - didn't think my PC would cope.

Must say, that in surround sound that is suprisingly scary

Damn - This is what happens. Just come back from Vancouver with the missus and I've missed this. Love the first FEAR (one of my fave games of all time) and well up for the expansion. I'll be downloading this asap.

It's got promise, but as with Doom Ressuection of Evil, it's seems it's just 'more of the same'. Even with a good/great game like this.. will it be enough?

I'd still like some new environments. The game is fantastic, and the new gun is a lot of fun, but I'd still like to to see something other than grey walls surrounding me.

Thats the biggest thing that was the problem with the first game to be honest. The firefights were great (and that was on my old rig - may have to fire up the original again on my WS setup) but it was all corridors...

But then again, if it suits the story, then what more can you do...

..Will have to DL it soon....
