Believe it or not, I do still buy games... but only usually stuff like Barbie and Disney Princess for the kids on their DSs.

I'll either go with Amazon, Play, Scan or just Woolies or HMV...

I rarely buy from Game shops, just cos I get hugely annoyed by the queues and being jostled by 14 year olds desperate to have a go on the 360 pod...

Is that the people that work there?

I went in once and there were 2 people at the counter, both wearing the stores polo top, one of them was serving a customer, the other was fannying about on the 360 ie he was in the dashboard flicking through the menus, there were 2 tills and he stood there mucking about with the 360 while I'm waiting. I would much rather deal order online and not have to deal with the incompentance of the general public.

I tend to buy mine from where ever is cheapest, I bought pro evo 6 from foxy.co.uk and plan to get GoW from shopto.net as it was cheapest. find-games.co.uk is a good website for finding the best deal.

I always use www.Kelkoo.co.uk to find the best price - usually Play or Amazon come up cheapest.

Usually Play.com or the local Tesco/Asda. Use Game/Gamestation occasionally but only if the game is on offer.

I usually find play pretty good, I even get some releases a day early some times (NWN2 came on Thursday )

Did use another site to get Castlevania for the DS (can't remember the sites name off the top of my head, I'll edit it in later) I was surprised when the game came the next day, I was expecting at least a week.

    Either Amazon or HMV.

I left Game a long time ago. The shops are dirty and smelly (of sweat, yummy!) and universally poorly laid out. I mean what is it with the islands of games in the middle!?

tried to boycott Game after they stopped their PC games return policy, but after trying PCWorld preorder on the web/store pickup and not really enjoying the trip to out of town shopping and then a 15 minute wait whilst someone goes off to find game I'm back shopping at Game, but only if the game is virtually guaranteed to be good - probably means I've gone from buying PC games every month to only about 3 or 4 times a year
Reduced stuff from PLAY or DVD.
Still waiting for GRAW on PC from HMV from online order 3 weeks ago, so will never use them again.

I usually buy my console games online through either Play, CD-Wow, Play-Asia and some others. I'd only really buy from a high street shop if the game was second hand or really cheap.

PC games I buy from PCWorld through their collect at store.
