I called Game last week regarding my Wii Pre-order. The person i spoke to said today they were receiving a large shipment and my order would more than likely be on that list.
So i call up today as the money has been taken from my account but i've have no confirmation dispatch email. The person i spoke to said that thebank had verified the funds were there but the money wasn't actually taken. (Fair enough) But i then asked when i would be getting it and she said i might not receive it before xmas. (Not happy) so i told her what i was told last week from the 1st Game agent and she said there was nothing she could do. She also said that the next batch would have to cover in store pre-orders and she didn't know what was going to happen to the online orders! So i kick up a fuss and told her than it's not professional telling me on Friday that my pre-order would meet their next allocation and then telling me something different the next week. ( so she goes away and comes back saying.....) My order is at the 2nd to last stage and they have received their shipment from Nintendo plus i should expect to receive a dispatch notice today or tomorrow! (happy bunny as the email just come through)
Bottom line......won't be pre ordering a PS3 (if i get one) from Game.....i'll go to Gamestation next time!
