    X-Box Game Recomendations?

The rents picked me up an x-box for christmas when argos were doing the console and four games for fifty quid the first time round, I'm thinking of grabbing a few more games for it this week while they're cheap but beyond halo and ninja gaiden black I have no idea tbh, any reccomendations?

Far Cry (both of them) is good and the splitscreen multiplayer is a right laugh too.

Black. A great game but I found it a bit too short for my liking.

Lego Star Wars 1&2. Lego. Star Wars. Whats not to like? The second one is a lot harder for kids than the first.

Mech Assault. BIG STOMPY ROBOTS!!!! yay

    Kights of the Old Republic.

Metal Arms: Glitch in the system.

Oddworld: Abe's Odessey, Munch's Odessey & Strangers Wrath.

    HALO 2 (nuff said! )
Chronicles of Riddick (Visually superb for the X-Box)
Call of Cthulhu (love it if you like the survival horror games)
NFS : Underground 2 (really good racer)
King Kong (if you can get it cheap as it's a bit short)

Few of the games I have and really enjoy, found myself going back to Cthulhu, NFS and Kong more than anything else though. Find that HALO 2 is really good but at times it feels a bit of a long haul on some of the levels.

Well I went into my local shopping center yesterday and for the reasonable sum of £48 I managed to pick up -

    Ninja Gaiden Black
    Chronciles of Riddick
    Farenheit
    Getting Up
    Timesplitters Future Perfect
    Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
    SSX on Tour
    Hitman Blood Money

That should do quite nicely for a while methinks

Nice selection of games for a decent price there Knoxy mate. Timesplitters is a fun game, quite manic at times. Riddick like I mentioned is extremely addictive and well worth doing all the side missions to unlock bonuses and see more of the game. Hitman Blood Money is superb in its own right and there is more than one way to do the missions, non linear in this game works superb.

Have Farhenheit on the PC and got addicted to it. Gives around 10 hours play and has a superb story start to finish. Some of the flashback missions are a little tedious when you are the child. Especially the stealth one where you have to avoid the searchlights on the military base and climb over a fence. Make sure you save often !
