Just wondering... as i've got port 3724 forwarded to a single LAN IP - so is it (in any way) possible?
Two PCs, different LAN IPs, same gateway, same WAN IP..
The obvious solution would be to allow me to change the games port..

Me and my bro have played online games for years through the same router. MMOs and FPS.
Never had any problems.
No extra configuration required.
me and wife play wow off same router with nothing changed in router
also css bf2 and bf1942
you need to change port in steam for hl2 im not sure of the command off top of my head but could look in to it
I don't see why you need port forwarded at all.
To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
Using a Belkin router here and have 2 comps running wow at the same time no problem. No port forwarding or any other messing about was needed.

Once you have seen it you will never be the same

Hard and it is heavy dirty and mean
Was about to ask the same question myself; so thanks dangel for asking it for me!
(and thanks to everyone who answered)
As long as you are playing on different accounts it doesnt matter.. you can play 2 accounts from one pc if you wish

Provided the firewall in your router has SPI there's no reason whatsoever that you couldn't have 200 people playing WoW through it. Other than the horrible lag.
Thats strange... my computer cried more playing 2 SWG games than 2x WoW
