seems like its been pushed back to "before the end of the month" sorrywas really looking forward to playing some tonight aswell.
damn. that would have kept me going till BS:Midway demo came out aswell.

The same key used in the closed beta can be used in the open beta. You will be issued the same key if you apply again.

ye it opens to everyone on friday night USA pst time though so it will be early saturday morning for the uk like 1am or 2am or so.i just downloaded the client in anticipation its 3.6gb and a 7gb install apparently.
Theres 25,000 keys apparently so there should still be more than enough to go round when it opens to non subscribers
the keys are now available to non subscribersjust got mine

I have a code and am waiting in line to download... I'll let you guys know how it goes.
Darn, it wanted IE to download and after about two hours IE deleted the file after it couldn't copy it somewhere or other because I didn't have a spare 3.6 gigabytes on the partition (I didn't think about where to download it to and it just went to the desktop on a tiny Windows partition). The file isn't on the desktop, any idea of some temp folder or something like that where it could be. It isn't anywhere in my profile.
