    How to setup a BF 2142 dedicated server?

    Is there anyway that i can create a battlefield 2142 server from my home computer for other people to play on?

    We use this for our LAN parties but if you are thinking of doing it over the net you really need a 10mb upload speed. Most home broadband is 400k if you on maxdls.

    Is probably not going to work well over regualr home broadband.

    Will that program work over the internet if i forward the correct ports etc?

    I will take a look on our server. In the meantime if anyone else knows that would be great. I won't be able to look at our server for a couple of days.

    Move house....live in a data centre

    you dont have the bandwidth to host more than a couple of players on a domestic line + it wont be ranked.
