Hi all,
I missed Pancake day yesterday....gutted. Heard my mate talking about pancake varieties behind me and still did'nt put two and two, until now ....... I'm livid.
Ah well Pancakes tonight I spose.

I missed it as well though I won't be having any tonight as I'll be giving up pancakes for lent ^_^
Missed it myself.. in a way it was good because I was returning back from leave and I was really busy catching up with things at work, plus some 'extra' stuff shown up for me to do at work. Maybe have a be-lated pancake day :)
I always think we should have pancake day once a quarter.
My colleagues are trying to get me to give up cake for lent... Anyone who knows me will know this isn't wise. :)
I lurve Pancakes, traditional Lemon and Sugar on skinny pankakes is a winner mi thinks. Though the discussion here is about the fat american ones with Cream and Strawberrys that my mate here at work had yesterday, admittedly they sound spot on!!!

and htid you can even be lazy, now days supermarkets offer pre chopped up vegetables ready for stir fry packs and these noodles are?
you can use egg noodles (personal favourite) and you can use rice noodles which aren't actually disgusting like you would think
