Pancake Day - missed it ! :(

Hi all,

I missed Pancake day yesterday....gutted. Heard my mate talking about pancake varieties behind me and still did'nt put two and two, until now ....... I'm livid.

Ah well Pancakes tonight I spose.

Missed it myself.. in a way it was good because I was returning back from leave and I was really busy catching up with things at work, plus some 'extra' stuff shown up for me to do at work. Maybe have a be-lated pancake day

I lurve Pancakes, traditional Lemon and Sugar on skinny pankakes is a winner mi thinks. Though the discussion here is about the fat american ones with Cream and Strawberrys that my mate here at work had yesterday, admittedly they sound spot on!!!

A few people on MSN were asking if I was going to have pancakes and my reply was " Why should I have pancakes on the whim of some religious festival. If I want them I'll have them whenever I want to. "

I didn't forget, but the shop had sold out of pre made ones and I have no frying pan so I had to do without oh well, maybe next year!
