What does a "you ran a red light" letter look like?

    Need one for a prank.

Had a look in google web and images but come up with nothing.

Anyone got one they wouldn't mind scanning, blurring and posting?

This is a LOCAL AUTHORITY ROADSIDE VEHICLE EMISSION ENFORCEMENT ticket, which you could alter to your needs.

I did something similar to a guy that wasn't liked much, when the poll tax was around.

Does it look similar to the 'fraudulently impersonating a letter from HMs government office/local authority/etc' one?

If you don't know what one looks like then what are the odds the subject of your prank does?

Find what similar documents you can and make something up in a similar style.

This will also help to reduce your imminent jail sentence as you won't be mimicking an official document exactly!

Did a nice doctors letter for somebody a while ago. Basic premis was that his girlfriend had a varity of interesting social diseases ,and he had to go to the doctors to have his "tackle" inspected. Worked quiet well

did something similar sending my housemate a letter fromthe landlord claiming he owed him £80. We printed another letter exactly the same but it had SUCKER written where the text should have been (the letters looked identicle when folded).

managed to get him to open the sucker one while on the phone to his mum. was absolutly priceless
