    Question Get Fit Guide!

    Hey guys recently ive decided i want to get myself back into shape. Im not over weight or anything but i don't want to let myself go lol.

    I just generally want to remain fit, healthy and active.

    Is there any guides you's know off? Eg. do so many press ups, sit ups and star jumps etc a day :S

    Any help is appreciated or any expierience that you yourself would have!

    I do 30 press ups and 40 sit ups a day and Im as fit as a pig lol

    In reality though, it just makes you feel like you've done 10 rounds with Lennox Lewis. Or tried to get Rave to pose for his ID card.

    The cure is nice and simple though - go to bed.

    I think i had something similar on my arms the first time i ever went to the gym... thought i still had my swimming fitness levels :S (was 10 years after i stopped swimming)

    OiD - You can take things for it, but then you are complicating things, and you start taking stuff to stop it happening, stuff to help if it does, stuff that doesn't do anything that your mate Dave says is really good.

    I like to keep it to my ProMax, a bath, and a good sleep.

    Cheap and effective. Like a bacon sarny when you've got a hangover.
