Have a friend who had it and it went wrong, her vision worsened as a result of the procedure. And she had a very nasty infection which could very easily have blinded her permenantly. Consider the risks, it is an operation, they surgically open up the area in front of your cornea. Then use a laser to reshape your lens. If it goes wrong, you are in trouble. OK I admit, there is only a small chance of it going wrong, but do you really want to take a chance with your eyesight?
