fed up !!!!!

I've never joined any forums before but i had to list on this one to show how fed up i am with this company(mesh)i have had tried contact them with no reply, calls take on avaerage 10 minutes to be answered,no-one ever calls you back,Mesh has had my pc x2 times and now i've sent this back for a third time to be fixed as cannot resolve this problem of rebooting properly!,had various parts exchanged but still no joy!has anyone else experenced these problems?even arranging a collection for my pc to drop off to the couriers was a problem,even after it took me hours to get through on the phone, once spoken to customer services asking them to tell couriers to request collection to depot,got to the depot they never contact them to say this,frustrating,

Why don't you post this in the mesh forum? Then the employees will be able to see your problem. What's the use in complaining to the general hexus community?

They're a large company, they can't serve every single customer with 100% of their time, they try their best to see everyones problems are sorted.

Why not you post your fustrations to the Mesh Care area (Hexus have an area for some companies to provide assistance for and after sales), and someone will talk to you?

he probably didnt know the best place to post was there, anyway hes new so it's only his first mistake
Head over to the mesh forum and post your complaint there. also if you remember your order no put it in your profile so whoever replies ( most likely davey ) can find your problem quicker.
