I just moved over to them topped up with a tenner, and sent a message, they charged me 10p. But your supposed to get 300 free texts a month, when you top up are you not?:confused:

Yes. Give it a chance. It doesn't happen instantly.
it takes about 3 days (well it did for me) for them to activate it. Also, if you forget to top up one month, and they make you start paying again at the beginning of the next month, it takes a few days after you next top up for them to remember you are meant to be getting free ones!
ah thank you for that, I thought it would of been an instant automated thing, no problems :)
takes 24hrs and think yourslef lucky 02 charge 12p a message now on most tarrifs ;)
