    I haven't been able to access it at all for about 5 minutes at least. Some of the other sites like the Chinese Google works though..

    I wouldn't be surprised if they have been having some problems recently. Access to google seems to be getting slower in comparison to other sites I use regularly. Particularly Google calendar, has often taken 20+ seconds to get in there recently.
