lordy lord, now i know there not a £20 throwaway lexmark printer but they seem VERY reasonably prices considering what they do?

Ahh, but the DIY version costs only $500, costs next to nothing to run, and prints models a hell of a lot bigger

That'd be immensely cool - especially for about £1500. And then if you had a 3D printer to go with it for another £2000, you could copy all sorts of stuff.. custom pc bits..
