I cant get through... I keep getting an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error from Iexplore

msxml4.dll error '80004005'

The system cannot find the path specified.

Looks quite clearly an ASP error on their site... can anyone confirm this for me, as I need to contact them for an RMA.

Else, can anyone give me the RMA email Addy for them
