Prison Break Season 2 - Better than Season 1?

I'm thinking of getting season 2 on DVD but stopped watching after the first season so don't really know if its any good. Anyone out there watched it and enjoyed it? I mean its prison break... I doubt it'd be a bad season.

Theres a flash game over at http://www.tbagshand.co.uk/ took me a while to figure out how to complete it 'successfully'... wont ruin it lol but it gives you an idea as to what might happen.

Anyways if someone can tell me if its worth gettin this season I'd be grateful.

shame, I did too but only cos I didnt have enough time with uni studies etc. I heard it received really well amongst fans which is good. Seems like loads of those types of shows are doing really well at the moment, lost, 24, heroes etc.

I know people who have actually enjoyed series 2 more than series 1. I think its all a matter of how seriously you take it, when you watch it and who with....

Season 2 is still very, very good..not quite as good as season one for me (which was awesome), but it has some very clever moments in it that will make you want to keep watching it.

Just got to wait for season 3 now!

Season 2 was awesome. I don't know if it was as good as season 1 because the bar was set so high. Having said that, season 2 is nothing like 1 at all but it still retains the excitement of season 1. If I were you, I'd buy it.

I think one of the big reasons season 2 is not quite as good as season 1 is that its not set primarily in a prison anymore. I loved the setting of a jail, its something thats been vastly under-used in the past 20 years or so..to the point I can't think of a decent TV series set in a prison apart from Porridge! (awesome show!).

As well as waiting for season 3 i'm hopeing that some producers realise this and will make some more prison based shows..although UK ones probably wouldnt really work anymore; would be more like a hotel drama than a prison..o.O

If you're looking for other prison based shows, take a look at 'Oz'. I think it aired on the US HBO channel.

If you liked season 1 then you will almost certainly like season 2.

Season 2 is deffo worth a watch. My only criticism is that it can take a long time for stuff to happen sometimes, but all of these serialised americam programmes have this problem.

They're both really awesome, with good twists and such. I prefer Season 1 but Season 2 is still worth getting.

It's good, but like most films the first one is always better than the second. But buy it so u can catch up Can't say why or it will ruin the excitement

Still gutted that they got rid of Abruzzi and also David homeboy Tweener (for the comedy value).

Im glad things turned out well for c note.
