Anyone else got their log in details for the BBC iPlayer Beta trials?
I just received mine, need to wait another half hour before i can log in and download the app.
I'm intrigued to say the least. I also wonder why i was picked.

interesting theory...
I hope it's better than 4 On Demand. I tried to get that, but apparently Windows XP x64 is not Windows XP (I know it's built from Server 2003 but still). After reading around the forums it seems I was lucky not being able to install it. The p2p bit runs all the time when your computer is on and carrys on running when the program is uninstalled.
Going to be interesting when everyone starts using up their broadband quotas. Going to be a lot of confused and angry people wondering when their internet is running so slowly or stopping after hitting the cap, or being charged through the roof for a larger quota.
I hope it's good though, I'm sick of not getting freeview and being unable to get cable or free satalite installed (rented flat).
Pain. Login details are not being recognised. Email being sent to the BBC
Sounds like more of an Alpha release than a Beta one then...
Looks like there was a general problem with the login page, an email was sent to everyone saying ti should be fixed now.
I'll have to test it tonight.
