If I remember correctly they have a tracking system, this unfortunantlty has no bearing on reality.
I tried to get a camera for my dad's birthday last year, they took the cash, said it was unavailable, cancelled my order, still showed it as pending on the tracking, then refunded.

also after youve ordered from them, they wait a while untill you almost forget who THEY are, then start spaming your email
