New cat :D

Hi Folks.

We got us a new cat today!

She's 6 years old, called Morgan and she's a very nice looking cat, she came from one of my sisters workmates who is moving to Australia and needed to rehome the cat, we said yes instantly so she's fine and chuffed about that too

Currently, she is sat under my bed, where shes been for the last few hours, a bit shaken by the moving home ordeal I guess, she popper her head out during an Evanescence song, My Immortal - so I've put on some Rob Costlow, which is all piano - to see if it makes her any happer - it's on quietly, ofcourse.

But we have a cat again, its so cool

I love cats, we got ours in much the same way as you did, just let her take her time, she's going to take a while to get used to how you do things, it will take her a few days at least. Don't be tempted to pick her up and put her on your lap, thats the last thing she wants.

She may not eat for a time, I know Savannah didn't when we got her, but the best thing to do is to tempt her with some tasty treats like freshly cooked chicken

She'll soon start to let you know when she's ready to do things.

Well, give it a few days when she's less afraid and I shall get some pictures

On a more positive note, she just came out to inspect my subwoofer (which is turned right down so theres pretty much nothing coming from it!) and 200-CD Case, so she's a bit more confident I guess

She is beautiful

My stepmum has 2 seal points, lovely big blue eyes, they are both girls and are not quite as soppy as out two boys - perhaps a bit 'tougher'.

Thanks mare We'd be really lost without her too, she went mising not long afterI took that pic for 2 days, we all thought she was dead and she returned as if nothing had happened.

Siamese are great cats, they are very different, certainly alot more demanding than your usual ginger or tabby.

The only thing I don't like about her is when she brings me in a frog. Oh and the fleas lol.
