Basically ive been working out/rowing the past few weeks, nothing to strenuous. Just wondering if anyone could recommend any protien/energy drinks worth taking from now until the event on the 2nd sept.
Its short notice, but I would be surprised if some couldnt help me during my workouts and the actual event.
From what ive read, the testing is arm pull and leg press max nM, 7 mins on the rower(max distance), a bleep test but on an arm/leg bike.
Any help would be great
