That's a shame, I used to use them quite a lot until they stopped doing pick up in person (about a year ago). However, I never thought their prices were good enough to justify using them after they stopped doing that so went back to places like Scan.
I once spent the best part of an hour driving round a Slough industrial estate looking for their (unsigned) building...
