About time. I did wonder if we'd ever see the shiny disc in the sky that makes it hot.
Might even be able to have a BBQ sometime in the next 6 months.
Lets all say a big thank you to global warming.

Yep, we have April 'showers'. If showers are hour after hour of unrelenting rain.
Not around too often!
Still waiting for the sun up here. Tried yesterday and lasted about 30 minutes then it went dull once again. We have fog and a cold wind today
It's crap here. To make things worse I'm without central heating as the boiler went tits up on Monday. A new one is being installed as I type but it'll take another day or so and the guys pretty much continually bringing stuff in from their vans so teh front door is open a lot of the time. Brrrrr.
Beautiful day here in rural Herefordshire, sunny and warm too.
Heard the cuckoo yesterday for the first time this year. It's usually around St George's Day that we hear the cuckoo's call. Swallows and Martins are flying around. Excellent. Until late next month when it becomes too hot and the biting flies emerge in numbers - then it's roll on September as far as I'm concerned!
