    Unhappy Who can help.

Hello all, I need help I purchased a second hand washing machine via ebay (dont all shout at me), however I love the machine and it is the best one I have ever had. Believe me, I have had a few being a mum of 3 with 5 of us all here, and washing every day.

However I have trailed the Lg sites etc etc and cannot find the relevant manual for it.

It is a Lg top loader (fuzzy logic) model Wf T500 1PP.

If anyone can find the link for me, I will cyber you a big kiss and a thank you.

Emailed them on two occassions over the last 3 weeks, however all I get is a standard pro forma replay "someone is dealing with you request" - I dont think they actually read the emails.

    Re: Who can help.

Thats just it, LG are a real pain in the back side when it comes to e-mailing people back, they might do it if they feel they can help.

The best thing to do would be to contact LG directly, I don't know if this is the right number for them as I'm not at work for another week (I work for Curry's) But give this number a try they might be able to help you 01753 500400 Just explain you need them to send you a manual, I know for a fact if you ask them to post it to you THEY will ask you to pay for it, but ask them to e-mail it to you instead and I know they won't charge for it

    Hope this helps you.

EDIT - Also maesure to give them the serial number of the machine because they will ask for it.

    Re: Who can help.

Closest I could get was the WF-T502 from their Australian site. So it would follow that yours is a slightly older model than this. So it might be worth emailing the Australian contact site http://au.lge.com/general/contact.jsp

    http://au.lge.com/products/sidemenu/list/homeappliance_washingmachine_toploader_wft506_PRD|MANU_manu.jhtml"]http://au.lge.com/products/sidemenu/list/homeappliance_washingmachine_toploader_wft506_PRD|MANU_manu.jhtml

I found the 502 on this page but for some reason it no longer works - Edit: editted to add that if you type in wt-f502 into the search you do get some manuals. Maybe the model hasn't changed much. Good luck.

The only other thing is to contact the ebay seller.

    Re: Who can help.

    Nearest I got was this.

You might have to call them. And if they say that model is not sold anymore, there might be a new model which has the same layout so a very similar manual.
