Washing machine.
If the trainers fall apart then they're worth replacing anyway![]()
stick em in a pillow case or a cloth bag first - then make sure u stick them near a radiator - job done
Permanently confused
would this ruin the washing machine??
it can if you washer has plastic paddleslad who fixes ours said to them in with towels so they are not flung in to the paddles
if cleaning manual would you use a soap / detergent?
Buy a Kiwi Sport Express cleaner for trainers. I use one once a month on my trainers (which are mostly white) and it cleans them admirably.
It's the second product listed on this site:

It has a stiff brush through which the cleaning fluid is dispensed. This bristles on the brush foam up the cleaning fluid nicely and are stiff enough to thoroughly clean your trainer. The second half of the base is an absorbent sponge for drying up the trainer. It's hard to find in the UK now but you could try your local supermarket. You can probably still get some off eBay.
