    Re: Euro Adaptor

    Get one of these:
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...8602&doy=12m10

Fantastic travel adapter, and if things can be charged/powered from USB, then it gives you that built in, saves taking a wall wart, just the cable.

EDIT: Oh, and you can pick these up at airports all over the place too.

    Re: Euro Adaptor

Definitiely buy it in the UK. I tried for ages to find adapters in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and now Belgium. Eventually I had my dad ship some over to me.

If you are taking the charger or a shaver or anything toy need to plug into the wall you will need an adapter, but a cheap one will probably do for everything. If not I bought some 3-way 2-pin adapters here that are about 1 Euro each. They are pretty easy to find.

    Re: Euro Adaptor

How about Maplin? See the link in the post above. They have loads of others too.

Argos: Masterplug Surge Protected Travel Adaptor
    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...2Badaptors.htm

Currys have a whole list of them through their Partmaster site:
    http://www.partmaster.co.uk/cgi-bin/...:146488,215767

EDIT: Boots, JohnLewis, B&Q, Comet, or any other highstreet electrical and hardware store should have them

    Re: Euro Adaptor

I use the ones from Tesco as I seem to lose them on a regular basis. Come in a pair with a us/aus adaptor & cheap as chips.

I'm forever leaving them behind when packing my stuff up to go home. I think I've bought (on expenses) 10 or so adapters since August and have left several in France, Germany, Spain & Sweden.

I really should stop doing it because I'm in Milan this week and don't have an adapter I can use to plug my external HD in.

    Re: Euro Adaptor

Come and work for my employer.

In the ~6 months I've worked here they've given me two of the worldwide adapters like the one in Funkstar's Maplin link (without the USB dealie). They work really well, although they're a bit big compared to others I've used.
