    Electronics Help

    not sure where to put this so please move if you feel the need to mods.

    anyone know how to build an ADC (analogue to digital converter), i need a 3bit one for a project i am working on, but you cant buy them as a unit. can someone help me please, there is nowhere on the web to help...

    i have checked everywhere for them all the semiconductor manufs dont make em anymore, i cant find a decent logic/schematic for one... dont suppose anyone has the time to knock me up a quick diagram do they?

    dont eorry i was a bit of an idiot....

    all i need to do is tie the least significant bits of a 6 bit ADC to ground.... and i have a three bit ADC..

    Was gonna suggest only using the first 3 channels/bits, but you suggested it to yourself...
