    buy some then. You said you were going shopping. get pancake and full english ingredients along with bred. also get a Deliah book. they usually sell those. Have a quick flick through before you leave the store and pick up any more ingredients that she mentions for something tasty.

    Slice of bread

    Spread tomato sauce (ie ketchup)

    grate cheese over it

    rip apart some cooked ham

    Slap it under the grill, turns out greesy as anything but still good
