Bacon,Beans & Chilli Pasta...Mmmmm!!! Quick AND yummy, you can't go wrong!!!

Fry bacon pieces until browned, add flageolet beans, dried red chilli flakes. Then add half chicken stock cube, and a splash of boiling water and mix until dissolved. (Meanwhile, put some pasta penne on to cook!!) Add some whipping cream until it looks as though there is enough sauce, add maybe a splash of white wine or brandy, and then add the BEST ingredient (if you like it), fresh coriander.
Chuck the cooked pasta into the sauce and hey presto... I'm hungry now!!!

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.
