    get some of that miniweetabix banana breakfast cereal really cool to eeat tastes nice and fills you i love it !!!

    i've got the banana ones but they just end up making a big weetabanana sludge at the bottom of the bowl :/ and i dont like dried bananas.

    why not just buy big weetabix and chop up a fresh banana?

    One pack of good quality beef mince (about £1.50)
    One onion (few pence)
    Sprinkle of herbs from your Mums herb rack....Mixed Herbs or Italian herbs , whatever is there.
    Three big grinds of black pepper
    2 big grinds of salt

    Mix in a bowl with your hannds, lots, until nicely moodged

    Then make into small balls about size of little apples....then flatten into burgers......quite thick

    Then stick on Bar B Q OR grill.....

    dont need buns, unles you got them, just serve on salad,(salad bag £1ish) with a stick of french bread (60p)

    Should be enough for 2 or 3 people.....sorted.

    we're omnivore, we need the protien in meat and the vitamins in veggies

    yep, we are designed to eat meat mostly though, both in our dentition (teeth) and gut (short and with lots of proteases).

    Our teeth are not really designed to eat lots of plant matter.
