i just had some lovely wrap things for my dinner

mince + onions + beef supernoodles all in one big tortilla (i think thats what they're called) wrap.

was incredible

Sair makes a mean meal with tortilla.....

she makes a basic chilli con carne kinda thing...nice and chilli hot (mince,kidney beans, chilli, tin of tomatos) then whacks a spoon full of it into the middle of a soft tortilla wrap (clearly not rolled yet) then rolls it.....

she does 6 of those, and lays them in a shallow dish.....then she pours half a pint of single cream over it, and grates cheese over it.....then whacks it in the oven.

It is frankly, one of my favourite dishes ever...the cream+cheese thickens to a sauce and then when you cut the tortilla the tomato sauce and chilli blend with the cream.....and its heaven. Served with all 6 cut in half...they kinda stick together , but each person should never get a whole one...just 6 halves....so the sauces are blending
