Geez, it certainly makes you doubt VR-Zone’s integrity. Thank god for trust worthy places (like Hexus ). So has ChineseStunna actually got the money? ChineseStunna has not posted to say so. To me, this TJ guy not sending the PC back just seams like stealing.

I've seen something very simlar happen to another (now not so well known) hardware site, it's truely pathetic that VR-Zone would try and take the stance that they have nothing to do with somone they are prepared to list as a key member of the review team. Gives sites a bad name in general

The point they are missing is that VR-Zone are the ones who took the hardware for review. They then have a duty of care to uphold. This is THEIR responsibility. If they pass it on to a third party for review, they still maintain the same duty of care to the manufacturer (or system builder) as they did in the first place. If the third party does a runner then VR-Zone need to replace/refund the system builder for their machine or persue the third party. Listing him (as an employee/representative) or not they still have this duty.

This seems worse though, surely being an editor is a full time permanent position???
We wouldn't employ a subcontractor and list them as an engineering director!
