I to like the chinese type, spicy pork
Yeah.
Nope.
What the hello is it?
I to like the chinese type, spicy pork
Well, I've bought it and tried it.
It's quite tasty, but also slightly like eating a shoe. I'll probably buy it again.
I'll vote now.
Beef jerky is also a really handy snack if you're a bloke on a low fat diet. It makes a good alternative to a packet of crisps to go along with a lunch time sandwich.
I'm not sure I've ever had jerky, but I've had biltong, and liked it a lot. I might have to try making some of my own. I also fancy having a go at making Pastrami since Brisket is so cheap.....not sure how I'd smoke it tho:/.

If you can get hold of the Teriyaki flavoured beef jerky, give it a go....very tasty...

I quite like those Tofu Jerky you can buy from Chinese super market . You can get lots of different flavour as well such as beef, seafood, 5 spice etc . They are all for vegetarian as well mmmhhh :drool

That sounds interesting too. Not generally a fan of Tofu, but some of it is ok.

I might give this a try, doesn't look that hard...
I want a dehydrator
www.dehydrators.co.uk Shop
The Snackmaster Pro (what a name!) "The adjustable 35-68ºC thermostat gives you the flexibility to get the best results, from drying herbs to properly cured meats.". Thats the bidnezz
Used to eat alot of it when I was in the army, esp. on marches. Good source of protein (thogh not as much as dried worms).
