Lounge/Living/Sitting Room usually.
On another note, I'd love to have a drawing room, just soo cool.

Upstairs for me...
my living room is on the first floor and takes up all of the space, there are no iwalls (except the ones on the outside obviously, its not a terrace) and high ceilings. So basically its upstairs but if it wasn't it would be living room.
HEXUS FOLDING TEAM It's EASY
Generally I call it "The Living Room" (although not normally with the capitals, that makes it sound like a monster or something...)
However I'll occasionally refer to it as the lounge. It depends what I'm going to be using the room for, and the mood I wish to envoke. I love that about the english langauge
The drawing room to me is something more similar to the dining room. Whilst lounge or living room conjures up an image of a light cream coloured room with sofas, music, coffee table and, in modern times, a TV; to me a drawing room is more about practical chairs for working at and a number of bookcases, all in a stately darkwood setting.
Lounge blatantly.
Living room/front room generally.
Living Room, although I spent about 2 minutes a day in there - I certainly don't 'live' in it by any means.

Living room. A lounge is the girly part of a pub. Unless you live somewhere with called ________ Castle, _______ Grange, ________ Manse or something similar, drawing room? No. Just no. Front room, I can see if it's the room that only gets used for hatches, matches and despatches (and their attendant parties)
.
Lounge... for lounging in.
Chaise longue and stuffed dormice, with hunky men with fans and unlimited wine.
ha
Sitting room.
audience chamber
