Name my bass guitar....please

We've had a bass guitar in our house for some time. My wife was given it by her father when she was 13, she's now 32. He was gigging with it for some years apparently before that.

On the headstock it has the words AXE and on the back it has the code PJ-30 R. It's Korean made.

I don't think it's anything special, but I can't seem to find anything on the internet to be able to value it. I was going to sell it on Ebay for a few quid.

If anyone knows that would be great.

I used to have a red Axe guitar (err axe ) - it was a piece of crap lol
I assume this is maybe slightly better?

Keep a hold of it until November I say......

It's a vintage 4001 circa 1979, was going to sell a while ago, but couldn't do it after all.

Yeah you can tell its a 4001 due to the horse shoe pickup, looks in pretty decent shape too.
