A simple enough question.
Suppose you're in a sticky situation and need to fight your way out of it, but weaponry isn't all that... sophisticated yet... what would you use?
For me, it'd have to be the mace. Definitely my fav.

Pollaxe - my namesake - lots of options and enough heft to have a chance against decent armour.

Longbow is neat - certainly curve the bones in your forearm though.
And to be honest, not very good at getting you out of a tight spot, rather better when used en mass.
