Yes it does, it's called flame baiting.
His description of Christianity was nothing but insulting.
Option 1) I personally don't believe in christianity, I see no proof and non is offered.
Option 2) You should also know it makes it especially easy when people like yourself are unable to come up with a single cogent argument to support their demented world view.
And again
Option 1) If you believe in it, why not offer me some proof to why it's a more valid religion than Scientology.
Option 2) "Care to explain to me how your irrational belief in a 2000 year old zombie son of a cloud man is any more deserving of respect than their crazy DC-10 interplanetary travel and intergalactic warlord?
Now, as you can see, there is reasonable debate, and insulting posts - he has choosen on both times to take option 2, when option 1 relays the exact same message and would have bought about a serious response from me.
It's like your Welsh post.
You said Wales isn't actually a Country yes?
Did you phrase it like that, or did you say, those stupid sheep loving farmers are joking themselves into thinking their sparse plot of land is a country?
Exactly. A little thing called tact.
I'll give you a hand. Your protestant right? "as for the protestants been only 500 years old, this is because they where trying to root out the coruption that had become rife, actions that had been present in the church for a lot longer. But why does age have any bearing on the validity of truth?".
It's a nice argument, but I don't follow any "strain" of Christianity, I made my own mind up years ago, and have my own faith, my own way. I don't really like organised religion, but that isn't the point.
Ridiculous comment - I take offense at tact-less spam baiting, as earlier stated, read any of the other religion threads and you'll see me debating, in a respectful way.Generally speaking, people only take 'offense' and go on with attacking with personal insults, when they can't prove a point (either because it can't be proven, or because they aren't sufficently articulate)
