    It's pancake day!

    It's that time of year again! Pancake Day falls between February 2nd and March 9th, depending on the date for Easter. This year round its February 5th and that means yes, today is the day to get cooking pancakes.

    Golden Syrup & sultanas is nice! Can't get my head around bacon and maple syrup combo (I know our American friends go in for that in a big way) but lemon juice and sugar is also hard to beat.

    I truly believe that everyone who makes pancakes today should take pictures and post them up!

    If we get enough pictures, I will hand pick the best ones and create a poll so everyone can vote on which HEXUS reader is indeed a Pancake God.

    *EDIT* I just thought, the picture is going to need some kind of label in it to prove the pancakes are yours! We don't want people cheating and taking credit for Delia's work.
