So, stop being so nice, just be calmer and AWAYS listen, look them in the eyes, and think of interesting QUESTIONS to ask them about what they like.

I'm still trying to work out one I work with. I asked herout at the christmas party, she said no, so though ok no real big deal then only to find out a few days later she was slagging me off and trying to tarnish my very good repuation at work.
She was then made to apologise to me for that because everything she said was all lies and then this week she's all over me like a rash, and to be honest that just doesn't wash with me now, I just tend to ignore her unless I really have to speak to her about work, I don't talk to her about anything on a social level anymore incase she uses that to say I tried something or with her.
I know all women are'nt like this, but where are the good ones ? All I seem to find are idiots, bunny boilers or pyschos.
And here was me thinking I was the only one!!!
