Cool. I have The Swiss Champion knife (By Victorinox, who make much better knives than Wenger) and it will eat it's way through an ordinary trouser pocket in a few weeks. That monster would be through the bottom of your pocket as soon as it was in there.
I know really that it was built as a window display item and for collectors. It is not intended to be used, which is good, as it would probably break the moment you tried to use the pliers.

there was a bit on QI about these. but i guess it was quite an old one as at the time there definetly two seperate entities making them for the swiss army, and they ordered exactly 50% off each
