Yea like the new airwaves advert... Albeit I'm not sure if it classifies as a "best advert" - they get the anticipation up waiting for what they are advertising, and then BOOM. Its for airwaves...
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was actually disspointed that that one was 'only' for airwaves, good advert, shame about the product (could say the same about Dairy Milk though )

Well, apart from Italy, en masse.
Well, at least it explains why the luggage is delayed.
All of the drivers are too busy chaving up the luggage trucks for their nightly drag racing to bother with peoples luggage.

    Re: Dairy Milk advert....

Check out the latest Private Eye- it only came out on Wednesday, so you'll be able to read it in your local supermarket or WH Smiths until a week on Tuesday. Or buy it maybe- £1.50, and it's by far the best magazine published in this country.

Anyway, however you come to read it, look at P10, right hand column, 'Ad Nauseam'. Basically explains how this sort of thread on this sort of forum was exactly what the ad's creators were hoping for. The point of the ad is not to be good, or to be relevant to the product, it's to generate the maximum amount of internet forum/watercooler chatter. You're all being played.

Nothing new there. That point comes up in pretty much every advert thread I've seen on here

And as Madduck says, it's only really worked if they get youto buy it, and they won't ever get me to willingly buy Dairy Milk

    Re: Dairy Milk advert....

all publicity is not good publicity.. and even a good advert can have an generally adverse effect if it is discussed afterwards in a place where peoples opinions are given.

people here are saying its poo "chocolate", cementing that image into peoples subconscious. if there was no advert there would be no discussion, there would be no talk of better competitor products or open disdain for the one the advert refers to.
