Took me by surprise this morning. Thought someone had got drunk last night and covered everything in silly string or something, until I realised it on the roof and everywhere! It's a good couple of inches thick here.

snow!
but it's less than an inch deep
It's just started SNOWING!
Ok, a bit over-excited but I've not seen any here for 18 months
Same in East London, snows about 2 inch deep . I cant believe its snowing in April though, especially since the last two days have been quite sunny and warm.
The kids are having great fun outside, cant blame them, I used to love snow ball fights when I was younger. I think I will join them
A good layer of snow with more still falling here in Wimbledon!
Not around too often!
A few minutes of heavy downfall and it's stopped
Oh well, it's bright and sunny again now with clear blue skies so I shouldn't complain. Still it would have been nice to go for a walk in the snow.
Edit: Spoke too soon the sky's gone grey and it's snowing again. Damn this weather changes so fast I can't keep up.

Got some snow here in South East London, it's about 1" thick on cars but it melts on the road.
There were a few inches of snow when I got up this morning, it's still snowing a little bit as well.
Can't believe it's gone from the nicest day I've seen so far this year on Friday, to a horrible rainy day yesterday, to pretty thick snow today. British weather is incredibly random!
Woke up to snow too..it lasted oooh..about half an hour..
