exotic pets

I have two leopard geckos, one is albino. Both are under a year old... feed them on live crickets loaded up with organic salad (spolit crickets but its their last meal)

Just wondered if anyone else had anything unusual or exotic?

anything other than cats, dogs, and rabbits is deemed "exotic" as far as pet insurers are concerned O_o

I hear that vets consider hamsters, rabbits etc to be exotic as well, a friend of mine is studying to be a vet.

I have a Leo aswell, she also gets crickets.

I've got some mini-mealworms and waxworms atm as a treat - she's been a bit ill lately, so she hasn't been eating much - but she's on the mend now

aww he's all alone, 'little bob', he's all grown up and back this year.


the plastic ones didn't taste too nice..

yeah, but petplan.co.uk have cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, and "exotic"

£319 a year to insure 4 rats. madness!

Have a starling thats taken up residence in (or near) our garden. It likes to taunt my stupid Siamese cats. The just dont get it though, they are cream in colour, and by lying down in the grass which is green they just aren't camouflaged ... They stand out like a sore thumb!
